He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Washington University, where he also played club ice hockey and indoor soccer. Cap has held key positions at major companies like Audible and Amazon. At Audible, he led marketing efforts to drive new member growth through innovative campaigns, including win-back strategies and lifecycle marketing. 

After a successful corporate career in marketing, Cap has gone on to start Black Diamond Marketing Solutions, which thrives on helping SMB's thrive in Reno and Beyond.
