Cap is an experienced marketing and business development leader with over 20 years of experience.   


At Audible.com, Cap was responsible for driving member growth through win-back campaigns and lifecycle marketing. 


At Amazon.com Cap helped launch the Professional Beauty category, successfully signing new brands and launching growth campaigns. 


Cap also managed demand generation for Amazon’s Consumer electronics division.
